Success Stories.
Our people are committed to getting rid of Type 2 Diabetes, and
want to use every Natural Option out there to Defeat, Reverse and
Rid yourself of this Disease and it’s symptoms, and You need to
Normalize your Blood Sugar Level.”

I get telephone calls from Type 2 sufferers like you everyday. One
of your biggest complaints is about exercise.

Many of you think it has to be a sweaty, painful, ‘feel the burn’
experience to be of any benefit in losing weight.

Wrong! Exercise is movement – any kind of movement that helps you
burn calories. In fact, American Diabetes Association studies show
that moderate, instead of strenuous exercise, is best for your long
term health to control diabetes.

Roving is one of the best moderate exercise programs you can use to
lose diabetic weight. It takes everyday activities and makes them a
part of your weight loss regimen. Here’s a partial list of everyday
activities (and the calories they burn) that can be part of your
roving regimen:

· Standing (24-30 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Dancing (70-95 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Gardening (60-85 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Typing (30-42 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Golfing (65-95 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Typing (30-45 calories burned in 20 minutes)
· Walking (105-145 calories burned in 20 minutes)

Simple, everyday tasks and activities, as part of a roving program,
help you lose weight and keep it off.

Ways to Burn Calories Without Noticing
·Tips Eat when you’re hungry, not out of habit. It’s true. Many
grab the refrigerator door, even when they’re not hungry. Why?
Habits die-hard. Don’t just eat, think first. ‘Am I really
hungry?’ or ‘Am I just on auto-pilot?’

·TIP The best and safest way to lose weight is by cutting
calories across the board. Cutting 500 calories a day out of your
diet is a safe guideline for most diabetics, says the ADA.

·Tip Get a totally Natural activity/exercise that Human
Beings were designed for! The “Rove.” Free eBook on this site.

·TIP Yes, there are secrets to the “Rove” weight cutting
phenomena.

Here are just a few inside Tips:
1. Distance is important, time is not;
2. Only a few blocks if you are new or have been ill;
3. Never strain or compete against the clock or against people;
4. A heart recovery test that gives a count of less than 65

Stay Off the Needle

P.S. We will be back in 6 days.

In addition to my own roving program, I did something that helped
me get 3X the weight loss results faster than exercise and dieting
alone.

I took a supplement called Diab-X. Harvard University Medical
Center clinical studies showed that when combined with moderate
exercise and diet, it helped suppress your appetite and accelerate
weight loss.

ROAST LEG OF LAMB
Because of its high fat content, lamb is normally to be avoided.
Leg of lamb, however, is usually as low or lower in fat than most
cuts of beef. Choose “ungraded” or “good” grades rather than
“choice” or “prime,” because of their low fat content. Roast lamb
fixed this way is delicious, and a welcome change of pace.

2-to-3-pound leg of lamb, preferably with a short shank
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon chervil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
11/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon mint flakes
2 table spoons vermouth

Remove all visible fat, then reassemble roast. Bone may be left in.
Crumble together dried herbs and seasonings, and moisten with
vermouth. If time permits, allow mixture to blend for a few
minutes. Preheat oven to 550°. Massage lamb roast with seasoning
mixture (it will be messy and pasty), working seasonings into all
meat surfaces. Moisten and wring out a single layer of cheesecloth
approximately 2′ x 3′, and wrap it around the roast. All roast
surfaces should have two or three layers of cheesecloth covering
when this has been done. Roast in large roasting pan, turning oven
down to 325° when roast is put in. Baste with water or a
half-and-half mixture of water and vermouth. Cheesecloth should
remain moist at all times. Use bulb baster to baste roast with its
own drippings, tipping pan and placing end of baster at bottom of
liquid to avoid getting any fat that may have drained off roast.
Allow 25 to 30 minutes per pound. Remove, discard cheesecloth, and
serve.
